I'm trying to assess how long it should take for Verizon to complete the splicing of 3000 pairs on a project. I believe its mostly fiber optic, but I also heard there may be copper. The splicing needs to be done before the poles can be relocated before the road widening can be completed before our development can open. Right now we're at risk for opening on time.
Any thoughts or other sources of information that could help me would be greatly appreciated.
